Educational Qualification
Mining –
The educational qualification for this mining (Mining) should be at least a pass with 60% marks in Degree in Mining Engineering.

Salary scale
Selected candidates will be posted as Management Trainee in E-2 grade. Pay Scale.50,000 – 1, 60,000/- on initial basic. 50,000/- per month will be given during the training period. followed by a 1-year training period on successful and satisfactory completion and passing a test taken for this purpose and will be in grade E-3 in the regularization pay scale. 60,000 – 1, 80,000/- on initial basic of ₹.60, 000/- with probation for 1 year, if not extended. In addition to basic pay,
Candidates will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, HRA. Perquisites and allowances under the cafeteria approach including performance relative pay (PRP) applicable to the post. Benefits like leave, medical facilities, CMPF, CMPS, gratuity, CIL Executive Defined Contribution Pension Scheme etc. will be admissible as per extant company rules. Remuneration may vary depending on the actual posting location, financial performance of the company and also the individual's performance rating.
