પર્સન્ટાઇલ રેન્ક વિદ્યાર્થીઓના એક સમૂહના દેખાવની મૂલવણી કરવાની આ એક જુદી પદ્ધતિ છે, જે પ્રણાલિકાગત ટકાવારીની પદ્ધતિથી થોડીક જુદી પડે છે. પ્રચલિત પદ્ધતિ મુજબ વિદ્યાર્થીએ મેળવેલ કુલ ગુણને વિષયની સંખ્યા વડે ભાગી જે આંક આવે તેને ટકાવારી તરીકે ઓળખવાની પ્રથા અમલમાં હતી. જયારે પર્સન્ટાઈલ રેન્કની થિયરીમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના સાપે દેખાવની મૂલવણી થાય છે. આ સાપેક્ષતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓના એક મોટા જૂથ, સમૂહ તથા જુદા જુદા સમયકાળ માટે પણ સરખામણી કરવાનું એક વાજબી સાધન જૂની રહે છે.

પર્સન્ટાઈલ રેન્કની ગણતરી : કોઈ એક મુલ્યાંકનમાં ૪ માર્ક્સ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આપસમૂહમાં કેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની આગળ છે, અર્થાત્ રેન્કના ક્રમમાં તેમની પાછળ કેટલો સમૂહ છે તેની સરખામણી સો ટકાના સેલમાં કરવાની રહે છે. દા.ત., કેટલાક વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ 500માંથી 473(×) ગુણ પ્રાપ્ત કર્યા હોય અને ૭ થી 472 ગુણ પ્રાપ્ત કરનારની સંખ્યા 95,000 (L) હોય અને કુલ વિદ્યાર્થી સમૂહ 1,00,000 (n) હોય તો ઉક્ત 472 10. × ગુણ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પર્સન્ટાઈલ રેન્ક 95,000/ 1,00,000 × 100 અર્થાત્ 5.00 થાય. બીજા શબ્દોમાં કહીએ તો આ વિદ્યાર્થી કુલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના TOP 5 વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં આવે છે.

એ તમારી પર્સન્ટાઈલ રેન્ક (Percentile Rank) 9 થી વધુ હોય તો તમે પહેલા 824 વિદ્યાર્થી પૈકી છો. પર્સન્ટાઇલ રેન્ક (Percentile Rank)ની ગણતરી કરવામાં નિયમિત, ખાનગી અને પુનરાવર્તિત (વિષયમુક્ત સિવાય તમામ વિષયોમાં ઉપસ્થિત થયેલા) પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ પૈકી બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવાયેલ છે વિષયોની પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થયેલ તમામ પરીક્ષાર્થીઓના SCORE ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવેલ છે

  • સેવાપોથી ઉપરથી ખાતામાં દાખલ તારીખ, જન્મ તારીખ, હાલના જિલ્લામાં હાજર થયા તારીખ દર્શાવતો તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારી નો સહી વાળો દાખલો
  • છેલ્લા પાંચ વર્ષના ખાનગી અહેવાલના રીમાર્કસનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
  • સરકારી કે પંચાયતનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લેણું બાકી નથી તેમ જ કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની ખાતાકીય કે પરચુરણ તપાસ બાકી નથી તેઓ તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારીશ્રીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
  • દંપતી કિસ્સામાં પતિ કે પત્ની આ જિલ્લામાં ફરજ બજાવતા હોય તો જે ખાતા કે વિભાગમાં ફરજ બજાવતા હોય તેના સક્ષમ અધિકારી નો દાખલો લાવવો.
  • દંપતી કિસ્સામાં લગ્ન નોંધણી નું પ્રમાણપત્ર
  • દંપતી કિસ્સામાં પરિશિષ્ટ 1
  • પતિ કે પત્નીનો જે તે ખાતામાં નોકરી કરતા હોય તેનો નિમણૂક હુકમ
  • અગ્રતા ક્રમના કિસ્સામાં અગાઉ ભરતી કે બદલીના કિસ્સામાં જે તે અગ્રતા નો લાભ લીધેલ નથી તે મતલબનું તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારીશ્રીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
  • જિલ્લા ફેર કેમ્પમાં લઈ જવાના ડોક્યુમેન્ટ દરેક જિલ્લાની સૂચના પ્રમાણે અલગ અલગ હોઈ શકે છે એટલે કેમ્પમાં જતી વખતે જિલ્લાની સૂચનાઓ ધ્યાનમાં લઇ લેવી.

The Gujarat state government has taken decisions affecting thousands of primary teachers and teaching assistants in the state by changing the transfer rules. According to the new rule, classes 1 to 5 (primary education) and classes 6 to 8 (upper primary education) will now be treated as separate units. The teacher or teacher assistant working in these units will also have to be transferred separately.

What are the new changes in the new rules for the transfer of primary teachers in Gujarat?


The Education Department of the Government of Gujarat has announced the new transfer rules for primary teachers, teaching assistants and upper primary teachers of government corporation schools in the state. In the new rules, the government has changed many provisions in the wake of the High Court judgment and the new Gujarat Primary Teacher Transfer Rules 2023 in which the age limit of 55 years has been increased to 56 years in district transfers. Then the limit has been increased from 53 to 55 in mutual internal district transfer.After the judgment of the High Court, all previous orders were cancelled. Transfer after three years of service in any department was allowed in the case of married couple in government employment.

In the case of a government couple, if the wife or the husband is currently employed in any department of the government for three years, they will be eligible for transfer. Previously, three years of service in a single officer in a single district was mandatory. When the office of the husband or wife seeking transfer is in the school of the Nagar Primary Education Committee of the district, the benefit of priority can be availed. Further, if option is given to the teachers of class 1 to 5 and for class 6 to 8 jobs, the seniority when the teacher gets it will be counted from the date of joining as a teacher from the date of original employment.

રાજ્ય સરકારે ગુજરાતના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના જાહેર કરી છે. રાજ્યના તેજસ્વી તારલાઓ માટે જ્ઞાન સાધના શિષ્યવૃત્તિની (GYAN SADHANA SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME) જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી છે. આ નવી શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના વિદ્યાર્થીઓના શિક્ષણને વધુ અસરકારક બનાવવા માટે ફાયદાકારક સાબિત થશે. આ યોજનાનો અમલ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ 2023-24થી શરૂ થશે.

જ્ઞાન સાધના શિષ્યવૃત્તિ 2023(GYAN SADHANA SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME 2023):-આ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજનામાં, વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પરીક્ષા દ્વારા શિષ્યવૃત્તિ માટે પસંદ કરવામાં આવશે. જેના માટે નીચેના પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ફોર્મ ભરી શકશે.


સરકારી અથવા ગ્રાન્ટેડ પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં સતત ધોરણ 1 થી 8 નો અભ્યાસ કર્યા પછી ધોરણ 8 પાસ કરેલ હોય.

અથવા RTE પ્રવેશ યોજના હેઠળ ધોરણ 1 માં પ્રવેશ મેળવ્યા પછી 8મા ધોરણ સુધીનો અભ્યાસ કર્યો છે.

આ જ્ઞાન સાધના શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના માટેની પરીક્ષા માટેના ફોર્મ ભરવા માટે કોઈપણ પ્રકારની પરીક્ષા ફી નથી.

જ્ઞાન સાધના શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજનામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પસંદગી પરીક્ષા દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે. જેમાં કસોટીનું માળખું નીચે મુજબ હશે.


  • આ પરીક્ષાનું પ્રશ્નપત્ર 120 ગુણનું હશે અને સમય 150 મિનિટનો રહેશે.
  • પરીક્ષાનું પ્રશ્નપત્ર ગુજરાતી/અંગ્રેજી ભાષામાં હશે.
  • વિદ્યાર્થી તેમની પસંદગીના માધ્યમ તરીકે ગુજરાતી અથવા અંગ્રેજીમાં પરીક્ષા આપી શકે છે.
  • MAT બૌદ્ધિક એપ્ટિટ્યુડ ટેસ્ટ:- 40 પ્રશ્નો, 40 ગુણ
  • SAT બૌદ્ધિક યોગ્યતા કસોટી :- 80 પ્રશ્નો, 80 ગુણ

આ જ્ઞાન સાધના શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના હેઠળ, વિદ્યાર્થી નીચેની શિષ્યવૃત્તિ માટે પાત્ર છે.


ધોરણ 9 અને 10 માટે  વાર્ષિક રૂ. 20000 શિષ્યવૃત્તિ મળશે. 


ધોરણ 11 અને 12 માટે વાર્ષિક રૂ. 25000ની શિષ્યવૃત્તિ મળશે.

  • ત્યારબાદ ટેસ્ટ દ્વારા કટ મેરીટના આધારે કામચલાઉ પસંદગી યાદી જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે.
  • ત્યારબાદ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ દસ્તાવેજોની ચકાસણી કરવામાં આવે છે.
  • ત્યારબાદ ફાઇનલ મેરિટ લિસ્ટ અને સિલેક્શન લિસ્ટ બહાર પાડવામાં આવે છે.

જ્ઞાન સાધના શિષ્યવૃત્તિ માટે ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવા માટે, નીચેની પ્રક્રિયા કરવાની રહેશે.


  • સૌ પ્રથમ તમારે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટ https://www.sebexam.org/ પર જવું પડશે.
  • તેમાં Apply Online પર ક્લિક કરો.
  • તેમાં જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ ટેસ્ટ પસંદ કરો.
  • તે પછી, ખોલેલા ફોર્મમાં વિદ્યાર્થીનો આધાર UDI નંબર દાખલ કરવાથી, વિદ્યાર્થીની જરૂરી માહિતી ઉપલબ્ધ થશે.

જ્ઞાન સાધના શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માટે, વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પરીક્ષા આપવી પડશે અને મેરિટના આધારે, શિષ્યવૃત્તિ આપવામાં આવશે.


તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલી 'જ્ઞાન સાધના શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના'માં દર વર્ષે 25,000 તેજસ્વી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શિષ્યવૃત્તિ આપવામાં આવશે. જ્યારે ધો. 9 થી 10 સુધીના અભ્યાસ દરમિયાન વાર્ષિક 20,000 રૂપિયા. આમ ધો. 11 થી 12 સુધીના અભ્યાસક્રમ દરમિયાન વાર્ષિક 25000 ની સ્કોલરશિપ આપવામાં આવશે. આ ઉપરાંત ધોરણ 1 થી 8 ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પણ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજનાનો લાભ મળશે.


આ યોજનામાં સામેલ તેજસ્વી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને દર વર્ષે 25,000 શિષ્યવૃત્તિ આપવામાં આવશે અને ધોરણ 9 થી 10 ના અભ્યાસક્રમ દરમિયાન વાર્ષિક ₹ 20,000 અને ધોરણ 11 થી 12 સુધીના અભ્યાસક્રમ દરમિયાન દર વર્ષે ₹ 25,000 આપવામાં આવશે. શિષ્યવૃત્તિની રકમ સીધી જમા કરવામાં આવશે. DBT દ્વારા બેંક ખાતું અને સરકારી અથવા અનુદાનિત શાળામાં ધોરણ 1 થી 8 માં સતત અભ્યાસ કરવો જરૂરી છે. દર વર્ષે 25,000 નવા તેજસ્વી વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પસંદગી કરવામાં આવે છે અને તેમને રૂ. 20,000 અને ધોરણ-11 થી 12 સુધીના અભ્યાસ દરમિયાન રૂ. 25,000ની સ્કોલરશિપ આપવામાં આવશે.

અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે રાઈટ ટુ એજ્યુકેશન એક્ટ 2009 (RTE) હેઠળ પ્રવેશ લેતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ગુજરાત સરકાર પણ નવી શિષ્યવૃત્તિ લઈને આવી છે. ગુજરાત સરકારે નિર્ણય લીધો છે કે સ્પેશિયલ કેટેગરીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને દર વર્ષે 20 હજાર રૂપિયા આપવામાં આવશે. ગુજરાત 2023-24 માટેના તેના વાર્ષિક બજેટમાં, સરકારે રાઈટ ટુ એજ્યુકેશન એક્ટ 2009 (RTE) હેઠળ પ્રવેશ મેળવનારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને 20,000 રૂપિયા આપવા માટે રૂ. 50 કરોડની જોગવાઈ કરી છે. રાજ્ય શિક્ષણ વિભાગ આઠમા ધોરણના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાનું આયોજન કરશે અને ટોચના સ્કોર કરનારને રૂ. 20,000 વાઉચર જેથી તેઓ ખાનગી શાળામાં આગળનું શિક્ષણ મેળવી શકે.
