Under which it becomes necessary to have a common understanding of a well-defined index to measure basic skills like Oral Reading Proficiency (ORF). The ORF indicates a child's ability to read accurately with comprehension how many words per minute.

A facility has been developed in the G-Shala app for the practice and evaluation of Oral Reading Fluency (ORF) for children studying in class-3 to 8 through the office here. which provides the facility for teachers to conduct individual ORF assessments on a student-by-student basis in the classroom. In addition, students of grades 3 to 8 can also practice reading through this platform.
