The mini tractor now costs Rs. 60,000 subsidy: Agriculture Minister Raghavjipatel's announcement, know full details
The Gujarat government has decided to increase the subsidy for tractors. It may be mentioned that the decision to present a proposal in the budget for subsidizing Saneda mini tractors in Saurashtra has been taken by the agriculture department, said Agriculture Minister Raghavji Patel.
He further said that till now the mini tractor known as Saneda was not subsidized. But the government, realizing the need, has said it will now propose a subsidy for the Saneda mini tractor in the forthcoming budget.

Apart from other details of other subsidy for tractors connected to agriculture sector, Raghavji Patel said that an important decision has been taken by the Gujarat government to increase the subsidy in ordinary tractors as well. The Agriculture Minister has clarified that a tractor with more than 40 horse power will be given a subsidy of Rs 75,000. On the other hand, when asked about the subsidy for twitch machines, he said that a proposal would be put in the budget of the next Gujarat government to include agricultural wire fences for twitch machines in the budget plan. And will be linked to the affairs of the Department of Agriculture, he said.

He also acknowledged that the Agriculture Department of the Government of Gujarat has made full preparations to include a proposal in this regard in the forthcoming budget.
