School Praveshotsav 2023 Dates Set, More than 12 Lakh Children to Get School Admission with New Education Policy

The 18th School Praveshotsav 2023 of the state is going to be held next June from 12 to 14 June. While giving information about the decision taken in the cabinet meeting, the spokesperson Rishikesh Patel said that this year admissions will be given according to the age limit under the new education policy. A total of 12,07,532 children will get school admission including Anganwadi and Class I.

In the cabinet meeting presided over by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, School Praveshotsav 2023 for the new academic year 2023-24 has been planned in today's meeting in which all the ministers of the state including Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, all the district collectors including IAS, IPS, IFS will conduct the entrance festival to the children.

18th School Praveshotsav:

State spokesperson Rishikesh Patel said that in today's cabinet meeting, the 18th series of School Praveshotsav 2023 across the state will be held from 12 to 14 June-2023. Thus, the state-wide school entrance festival will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel along with Cabinet members, MPs, MLAs, office bearers and high officials. This program will be conducted for the students of Anganwadi and Balvatika and 1st std. School Praveshotsav 2023.

How many children will go to school?

State Government Spokesperson Rishikesh Patel further said that for the implementation of National Education Policy-2020 in the state from the academic session starting from June-2023, Balwatika will be started in every government primary school, approximately 9,77,513 students will be enrolled in Balwatika in the academic session starting from June-2023. will get, and 2,30,019 students will get admission in Class-I.

Implementation of New Education Policy

Rishikesh Patel further said that from the current academic session starting June-2023, for the implementation of National Education Policy-2020, kindergartens will be started in every government primary school. The state government has decided. So children admitted to Balwatika this year will also be included in the School Praveshotsav 2023.

School Admission Age Limit:

Along with this, like every year, children entering Anganwadi and Class-1 will be admitted. This year, in the School Praveshotsav 2023, especially those children whose age will be more than 5 (five) years and less than 6 (six) years on 1st June. Admission will be given in Balwatika and the child whose age is more than 6(six) years and less than 7(seven) years on 1st June will be admitted in Class 1.

વિદ્યાર્થીઓને મળવાપાત્ર યોજનાના લાભો

જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા નિયત ધારા ધોરણ મુજબ પસંદ કરેલ સ્વનિર્ભર શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ છ માં પ્રવેશ મેળવશે તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સ્કોલરશીપ નો લાભ ધોરણ છ થી શરૂ કરી ધોરણ 12 પૂરું કરે ત્યાં સુધી નીચે મુજબ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.

ધોરણ છ થી આઠ નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક ₹20,000
ધોરણ નવ થી 10 નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક 22000 રૂપિયા
ધોરણ 11 થી 12 નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક ₹25,000

જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સરકારી અથવા કોઈપણ અનુદાનિત શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ છ માં પ્રવેશ મેળવીને ધોરણ છ થી 12 નો અભ્યાસ આ શાળાઓમાં વિનામૂલ્યે મેળવવાનું ચાલુ રાખે તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નિશુલ્ક અભ્યાસ ઉપરાંત નીચે મુજબની વધારાની સ્કોલરશીપ આપવામાં આવશે.

ધોરણ છ થી આઠ નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક ₹5,000
ધોરણ નવ થી 10 નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક ₹6000
ધોરણ 11 થી 12 નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક ₹7,000
